Auto-component maker Jay Bharat Maruti today reported a marginal increase in its net profit at Rs 5.53 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 5.52 crore in the corresponding period last year, Jay Bharat Maruti said in a statement.
The revenue during the quarter also jumped by 15.59% to Rs 260.77 crore from Rs 225.59 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 82.90, up 0.91% on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
