Jayatma Informatics Pvt. Ltd., an Ahmedabad-based ISO 9001:2000 IT firm, which unveiled its Chennai facility on Monday, plans to invest around Rs 10-15 crore for enhancing its pan-India presence.The IT solutions provider firm intends to do so by setting up around 50 facilities in around 9-10 states in next 3-6 months.
While its newly unveiled facility at Chennai will hire over 750 employees and expects it to contribute around 35 per cent to the total revenue, Jayatma Informatics plans to employ in all 2,500 professionals for its 50 facilities, said Nirav Shah, managing director of the company.
Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company already runs a facility from Bangalore as well.
Talking about the launch, Shah said, "The state-of-art greenfield facility at Chennai will look after efficient execution of our on-site project in the southern part of the country. This will also enhance our pan-India presence and enable us to serve our clients in domestic market in an effective manner."
The offerings of the firm include software development including product development and customized solutions and related IT services, image and data processing/storage, digitalization and storage of documents, web designing/maintenance and web-based applications, hardware and networking solutions, among others. During the course of expansion, the company has established its presence in over 160 cities/towns covering 25 states across India with corporate offices in New Delhi and Bangalore.
