Jignesh Shah, chairman and managing director of Financial Technologies, has transferred 55,122 shares (amounting to 0.13% shares of the company) as gift on October 5, 2005.This was announced in a release issued by the company to the NSE today.Three employees have been gifted 43,122 shares by Shah, the release said. While Dewang Neraalla has received 28,122 shares, V. Hariharan has received 10,000 shares, and Arshad Khan has received 5,000 shares, the release added.Based on the stock price of Financial Techologies of Rs 1,191 on October 5, Shah has gifted Rs 6.56 crore.
