Jindal Saw raised $ 65 million from its global depository shares (GDSs) issue of 8.135 million, excluding a greenshoe of $10 million (1.25 million GDSs). Each GDS equivalent to one equity share were priced at $7.99.In a release to BSE, the company also announced that the GDSs will be traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the International Order Book of the London Stock Exchange.
