| The recent floods in Surat and some parts of Gujarat are indicators that infrastructure needs to be stronger and anti-corrosive, which would be fulfilled by stainless steel, he said. |
| The company is on an expansion spree at a national and international levels. The production plant at Hisar is all set to get an expanded production capactity to 720,000 MT fromthe earlier capacity of 6,00,000 MT. |
| This is in addition to the 1.6 million ton integrated steel plant being set up in Orissa and the 60,000 MT stainless steel cold rolling plant in Indonesia to cater to the South East Asian markets. |
| A warehouse is being set up in Italy and new offices are also being set up in Czech Republic, Ukraine, Korea and Turkey to consolidate its international presence. |
