Tata Motors' Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) operations has posted earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of $625 million in January 1 - June 1, 2008 period, the company said in a statement to BSE.
From June 2 - June 30, the JLR operations registered a $63 million EBIT.
Adjustments and provisions for tax figures primarily relate to Ford consolidation or accounting adjustments and hence are not reflective of JLR's business performance, said the company.
