JP Infrastructure mulls malls in Surat, A'bad

Ahmedabad-based real estate developer JP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is planning to expand its retail footprint by opening malls in Ahmedabad and Surat by the next year. "We are looking at expanding in Surat and Ahmedabad cities with a second Iscon mega mall. We have plans of opening a new mall of around 10 lakh sq ft by next year at Ahmedabad. We are still in the process of finalising the location, we have zeroed in on Gota or South Bopal in Ahmedabad for the construction of the new mall," Pravin Kotak, JP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., said while talking about the company's expansion plans.

"We definitely plan to have a multiplex present in the upcoming one and are in talks with some multiplex brands for the same," said Amit Gupta, executive director, JP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Currently the company has 2 mega malls in Gujarat.
