The company has also promoted Ravi Dehspande as chairman and chief creative officer of its subsidiary contract, a JWT press release said.

JWT, formerly known as J Walter Thompson, is a subsidiary of the US-based Boston WPP Group.
Bakshi's new responsibilities would include client relationship management and ensuring advertising solutions in all product categories. His job will be based out of London and Bakshi would assume his new responsibilities from September this year.
