K Sera Sera Productions, a firm engaged in production and distribution of films, today said its board has approved the issue of warrants to media major Bennett Coleman & Co on a preferential basis.
The board has approved the issue of fully convertible warrants to the Times Group-Bennett Coleman & Co, K Sera Sera said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company didn't disclose further details in this regard.
Further, the board has also given its approval for issue of optionally convertible redeemable bonds to Global Trade Finance Ltd on a preferential basis "towards settlement of their dues in full", it added.
