State-owned Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) today said K V Rao has taken over as the company's new Director (Finance).
Rao replaced B Mukhejree, who retired on May 31 on attaining superannuation age of 60 years.
"Prior to his taking over as Director (Finance), Rao was Executive Director (Corporate Finance)," the company said in a press statement here.
A Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Rao has wide exposure to the oil industry spanning over 31 years in the areas of corporate finance, treasury management, internal audit and marketing and refinery finance in HPCL.
