Kahlon takes over additional charge of Vizag port

Kolkata Port Trust chairman R P S Kahlon today assumed additional charge as chairman of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust.

Kahlon had took over as chairman of KoPT only in January, this year and before that he was the principal secretary to the Ministry of Environment, West Bengal.

He is an IPS officer of the 1981 batch from Madhya Pradesh cadre.
