Karnataka, Goa figure in Adeetya expansion

The Pune-based Adeetya Industries, manufacturers and suppliers of pre-fabricated kitchen systems, is planning Karnataka and Goa operations. It is also planning to open more outlets in Pune and Mumbai, via franchisee route.
 
"The company is planning to open 13 show rooms in few months. Ten showrooms will come up in Mumbai and Pune and one each in Bangalore and Belgaum in Karnataka. Goa, in addition to its existing showroom in Mapusa, will have one more showroom," said Anand Ambekar, director, Adeetya Industries.
 
He said the company was creating new pre-fabricated kitchen system patterns, suitable to highly mobile people like IT professionals.
 
"We are creating completely knocked down kits for kitchens that can be moved from one place to another," Ambekar said.
 
He said the company had invested Rs 2 crore in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where it has created a capacity to manufacture 3500 kitchens per year.
 
"We will have franchisees in the marketing, installations and finally in manufacturing of our kitchens," he added.
 
He said the company was planning to supply pre-fabricated kitchens to a Sri Lankan diversified group which is into construction business. "We will sign a formal MoU with them in October," he added.
