Keppel Puravankara Development, a 49:51 joint venture between Bangalore-based Puravankara Projects and Keppel Land, the real estate subsidiary of Singapore-based infrastructure major Keppel Corporation, after launching projects in Bangalore and Kolkata is now eyeing Pune and Hyderabad for residential projects.
According to Jane Low, city head, Keppel Puravankara Development, “Presently, the company is exploring Pune and Hyderabad, but no decisions have been taken as the land prices are unstable in these cities.”
“The company is working towards it and will not be able to firm-up or take a decision in a short time,” she said without giving any timeline for its entry into Pune and Hyderabad markets.
Keppel Puravankara Development so far has invested Rs 1,000 crore in projects one each in Bangalore (Elita Promenade) in J P Nagar and Kolkata (Elita Garden Vista) in Rajarhat.
The company launched its second project in Bangalore on Kanakapura Road, a Rs 500 crore residential project — Elita Horizon.
The high rise residential apartment project will have 1,138 units in two and three-bedroom with floor area ranging between 1,335 square feet and 1,780 square feet. Few high-end luxury units in the floor area of 3,000 square feet and 4,000 square feet is also planned.
