Construction and engineering company Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation (KIDCO) got listed at Rs 79 a share on the National Stock Exchange, a premium of 32% to the offer price of Rs 60 a share. The share price soared to a high of Rs 83.90 a share and fell to a low of Rs 59 a share. Over 2.5 crore shares of KIDCO changed hands at the NSE.The company had come out with an initial public offer of 85 lakh shares priced in a band of Rs 50 to Rs 60 a share. Overall the issue had been subscribed 7 times. The company will utilise the funds for acquisition of land, land development rights and real estate development. At 1.30 pm, the share was trading at Rs 80 a share.
