IT firm KLG Systel today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 132 crore from the Punjab government for commissioning of power stations.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the firm said its power system solution division has won the contract from Punjab State Electricity Board.
Under the contract, the company would design, erect and commission substations for a power project in that state.
The project would provide around 1.48 lakh new connections to below-poverty-line (BPL) households.
In August, the company had bagged order worth Rs 67 crore from Rajasthan and Haryana governments to reconcile and manage power distribution.
KLG Systel was trading at Rs 116.50, up 2.33 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
