The initial public offering (IPO) of Pune-based realty major Kolte Patil Developers has been priced in a band of Rs 125 to Rs 145 per share. The issue opens on November 19 and closes on November 22.The company will offer 1.9 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. The total issue will comprise around 25.25% of the company's post-issue paid up capital.The funds raised will be used to finance land acquisition, construction and development costs for some of the proposed projects.The lead managers to the issue are DSP Merrill Lynch and Edelweiss Capital.
