Kopran plans to issue fresh equity and warrants to a private investor - Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) - on preferential basis.According to a release issued by Kopran to the BSE, the company's board proposed to issue 47.20 lakh equity shares and 58.42 lakh warrants at the price of Rs 54.70 (including premium of Rs 44.70) to Cyprus on preferential basis."The board also approved a proposal of Restructuring / Amalgamate Kopran Research Laboratories - a 100% subsidiary of the company" the release added.
