Kaashyap Technologies Ltd (KTL) has inked an MoU with Oceansoft Information System Co Ltd, China (CMM level 3 Company), to penetrate the fast-growing Chinese market in the areas of IT training and building resources in the areas of SAP, IT Security and Capital Markets. Based in Jiangsu (Shanghai greater region) Oceansoft Information System is a fast growing IT company in the areas of IT training and outsourcing.According to the MoU, the training will start at three existing centres of Oceansoft by May 2008. This will be followed by training on soft skills and building competencies for the BPO sector. KTL intends to use Oceansoft as its major partner and penetrate into the Chinese market by setting up franchise network of more than 100 centres by March 2009-10.
