Leading health care organisations, doctors along with senior representatives from different ministries - health, finance and IT and communications - are expected to deliberate on issues such as improving infrastructure and bringing in more innovation during a meeting next week.

The two-day conference titled 'Sustainable Quality Health care' will be the theme for Ficci HEAL 2013, which is an annual event of the industry chamber, attended by key stakeholders, according to a statement.

The conference, beginning on September 2, will bring together policymakers and heads of leading health care organisations to share their opinions and best practices. It will aim at generating "realistic recommendations" on the way forward, it said.
