Leela Hotels, Palaces and Resorts is expecting a Rs 450-crore revenue this fiscal and a 20-22 per cent jump in the next fiscal, a top company official said.
"We expect Rs 450-crore in revenues this fiscal and a 20-22 per cent growth in the next fiscal," Leela's President Rajeev Kaul told reporters on the sidelines of a hotel investment conference here today.
The promoters are looking at increasing their stake in the Leela Group by five per cent this year through the creeping acquisition route, he said.
At present, the promoters hold a little less than 55 per cent stake.
"We are looking at hiking our stake in the group by five per cent this year," Kaul said.
The group plans to open two more properties in Delhi and Chennai in the next 12-14 months.

The hotel in Delhi is expected to come up before the Commonwealth Games and the Chennai one about six-months after, he said.
Leela was also looking at opening one property in Kolkata in the near future, he said.
Asked about room occupancy and rates, Kaul said there would be an improvement in occupancy by 5-7 per cent in the next three-quarters. With improved demand and a spurt in tourism, room rates may also go up by 10-15 per cent.
