LIC Housing Finance Ltd. posted a net profit of Rs 314.77 crore for the fourth quarter ended Match 31, up 47% compared to Rs 213.51 crore in the same period a year ago.
The total income has increased to Rs 1,391.92 crore from Rs 967.74 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year, a growth of 44%.
“The Company has completed another year of steady performance and is set to move into the next level of growth” said LIC Housing Finance, Director & Chief Executive, VK Sharma.
The shares of the company are trading at Rs 229.15 up 0.55% on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
