Lupin, SA-based Aspen ink deal for TB drugs

 According to a release issued by Lupin to the BSE today, the agreement includes co-operation between the two partners on technology, manufacture and marketing.

As per the agreement, Aspen will make milestone payment of $2 million to Lupin along with profit-sharing, the release added.
