Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services will allot 31.57 lakh equity shares to a subsidiary of ChrysCapital III LLC at Rs 190 per share to raise Rs 60 crore.According to a release issued by Mahindra & Mahindra Financial to the BSE today, the committee of directors approved preferential allotment of 31,57,895 fully paid-up equity shares of the company at Rs 190 per share to Copa Cabana, a 100% subsidiary of ChrysCapital.
