Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Sector (FES) division today reported a 19.5% decline in its tractor sales to 15,316 units in February this year.
The company had sold 19,041 tractors in the corresponding month last year, Mahindra & Mahindra said in a statement.
Domestic sales declined by 20.9% to 14,341 units during the month under review from 18,134 units in the year-ago period, it added.
On the other hand, exports increased by 7.5% to 975 units during the month from 907 units in the corresponding period last year.
