Eyeing the massive capacity addition that the Indian power sector is set to see, Maha Hydraulics Ltd, an equipment manufacturer is looking for a 50 per cent growth in turnover this year to Rs 150 crore, compared to Rs 100 crore in 2011-12. The firm had entered into a technical collaboration with German firm Schroder in 2002, for development of gearless hydraulic drives used in coal-handling thermal plants. Currently, its clients include Mahangenco, Apgenco, BGR Energy Systems, Neyveli Lignite and Desein.
