Jaipur-based Mahima Group last week launched 'Iris', the biggest housing project in Jaipur. |
"The Rs 100-crore project is coming up at Swage Farm on New Sanganer Road, hardly 2.5 km from the railway station and 3 km from the main Sindhi Camp bus stand," said Dhirendra Madan, chairman-cum-managing director of the Mahima group. |
|
The project comprises around 338 flats, built in an area of 20,000 square yards, of which 65 per cent of the region will be open. Madan said, "The eight towers stand independently of each other, making the flats open from all directions." |

The landscaping has been done by a consultant from Singapore. |
