The bike developed indigenously and priced at Rs 45,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi) was nationally launched by the Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra at a ceremony here.
"The product is the result of confluence of customers' feedback, out of box thinking and meticulous engineering," Mahindra said at the launching ceremony.

He said the class defined motorcycle, which delivers a mileage of 85.4 kmpl, was engineered to address inherent needs of Indian consumer of two wheeler segment.
"The Centuro is testimony to our determination to emerge as a serious player in the high volume commuter segment," he said.
President of the Mahindra two wheeler sector, Anoop Mathur, announced, as a special one time offer, that first 10,000 bookings will get a special discount of Rs 1,000 and will be available at Rs 44,000.
The city was chosen for the national launch as the company, according to Mathur, takes the state of Rajasthan as a positive and potential market with a good network.
The group chairman said that the state capital houses Special Economic Zone 'Mahindra World City' and the company is quite positive about the growth potential of the city and the state as well.
