Mainland China opens restaurant in Nashik

Mainland China, the flagship brand of Speciality Restaurants, has opened its Chinese restaurant in Nashik.

Mainland China is the country’s largest chain of authentic Chinese fine dining restaurants.

It has been revered by the food connoisseurs for its vast spread of rare delicacies from the various regions of China.

With the opening of its restaurant in Nashik, the number of Mainland China restaurants in the country has reached 17, including those in Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The restaurant, which is located near the Mumbai Naka area of Nashik, is spread over 4,000 sq ft of a five-storey hotel, with a total area of 20,000 sq ft.

The company also has plans to commence Indian and other food restaurants in China. The total investment in Mainland China restaurants in Nashik is estimated to be around Rs 3 crore.

“The fine dining destination brings a unique harmony of flavours in exotic recipes from the farthest corners of Guangdong, Hunan, Sichuan and Guanzhong or Canton,” said Nripendra Chauhan, regional business manager (West), Speciality Restaurants, at a press conference here.

“Each ingredient is hand-picked from the fresh vegetable markets and master chefs from Beijing and Shanghai fly down to lend their magical art of ‘yin’ and ‘yang’ for a perfect taste,” he added.
