The structures, with a height of 84 metres and consisting of 27 floors, are coming up in the second phase of 'Mani Tribhuvan' residential project here where the Group has lined up an investment of Rs 128 crore.
“Hopefully, we should be initiating work on the second phase of our project in Bhubaneswar in 60-90 days after we get all clearances. We will build the tallest structure in Bhubaneswar”, said Sanjay Jhunjhunwala, chief executive officer, Mani Group.
The second phase of the project would be equipped with facilities like indoor swimming pool, mini theatre, virtual golf, video games, billiards, mini bowling, air hockey, sky lounge, gym and guest rooms.
Mani Group has already invested Rs 240 crore in the first phase. The first phase with 625 flats in 11 towers is already completed and majority of the flats are occupied. Mani Tribhuvan is being developed on a land area of 12.93 acres. The Group acquired 10.15 acres of land from the All Orissa State Bank Officers Housing Cooperative Society and 2.78 acres from the private owners.
