The board of directors of Marico today approved stock split of its equity shares in the ratio of 1:10.According to a release issued by Marico to the BSE today, the company's board which met today has okayed a proposal to sub-divide each of its Equity share of the nominal value of Rs 10 each to nominal value of Re 1 each.
