Marsons Ltd is in the final stages of negotiations to tie up with a UK based large Transformer manufacturing company having a turnover of over 10 million pounds. According to the release issued to the BSE, the company would be representing UK Company in India and would be exporting transformers all around the world under Marsons brand name. By way of this tie up, the UK company would be outsourcing the complete internal assembly of the transformers from Marsons and final testing would be carried out at UK plant. This venture will help Marsons to sell its products in UK and Europe market and establish Marsons brand name as a global player in transformers. The company has already exported transformers to Middle east, Bangladesh and UK. The company has recently exported 30/15 MVA Power Transformer to M/s Castle Cement Ltd for their new cement venture of 50 million pound.
