Car market leader Maruti Suzuki India (MSIL) today rolled out a special savings scheme " Happy Customer Offer " under which it will sell cars at discounts ranging from Rs 18,500 to Rs 57,500 across various models.

The discount comes just before the company is expected to hike prices of its various models by up to Rs 12,000, for which it has already written to its dealers.

Under the new savings scheme, MSIL would offer a discount of Rs 18,500 on Omni, while its flagship hatchback Maruti 800 would be cheaper by Rs 26,000. The maximum discount of Rs 57,500 is being offered on its mid-size sedan Esteem.
