The board of directors of Matrix Laboratories has cleared a proposal to raise Rs 78.75 crore by issuing 35 lakh equity shares of Rs 2/- each on preferential basis at Rs 225 per share.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the board has called an extra-ordinary general meeting on December 19, 2005 to clear the proposal.
