Maya Academy to launch animation magazine

Animation Blitz would contain trend stories, upcoming events, contributory articles on animation, VFX and digital media by experts

Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC), a 3D Animation & Visual Effects (VFX) training institute, is all set to launch Animation Blitz, an animation magazine for animators of tomorrow, on March 12, 2013 in Bangalore.  

Animation Blitz would contain trend stories, upcoming events, contributory articles on animation, VFX and digital media by experts from media and entertainment industry, giving insights and updates on the latest developments in the industry. The first 1,000 copies will be circulated free of cost amongst college students in Bangalore, the company said in a statement.
 
Ram Warrier, Business Head, MAAC said, “Bangalore has been a hub for global production houses that have set up their units in the city. Moreover, with a large number of aspirants in the city, we believe that Bangalore is a perfect choice for the launch of this magazine.”
