Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA SV has acquired an additional 2.50 lakh shares of Srei Infrastructure Finance through secondary market purchase.According to a release issued by Srei to the NSE today, the shareholding of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets after the said acquisition is 27,50,000 shares - aggregating to 5.16% of the total paid-up capital of the company.
