"On completion of the inspection, Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) authorities concluded that, the facility, systems and practises comply with MHRA requirement," Shasun Pharmaceuticals said in a statement.
The main focus of the inspection was do conduct current good manufacturing practise (cGMP) audit for the formulation facility, it added.

Commenting on the development, Shasun Pharmaceuticals MD S Abhaya Kumar said: "The successful completion of MHRA inspection is further evidence of Shasun's commitment to produce quality products and its strict adherence to the highest regulatory standards."
MHRA is responsible for regulating all medicines and medical devices in the UK by ensuring they work and are acceptably safe.
The company's facility has also earlier been inspected by United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and Brazilian health regulator, Shasun Pharmaceuticals said.
Shares of Shasun Pharmaceuticals today closed at Rs 61.95 per scrip on BSE, up 5.54% from its previous close.
