Mindtree Q2 net profit rises 32% to Rs 125 cr

IT services firm Mindtree said second quarter profits rose 32% to Rs 125 crore and revenue grew 6% to Rs 1,391.4 crore as it saw higher business from retail and manufacturing clients.

The Bengaluru-based firm had reported profits of Rs 94.8 crore on revenues of Rs 1,312.4 crore in the same period last year.

“The size and quality of our pipeline continues to grow robustly as a result of our differentiated positioning and strategic choices. We see continued growth momentum ahead and are progressing with a focus on execution excellence,” Mindtree CEO and managing director Rostow Ravanan said in a statement.

MindTree said it has received regulatory approvals to merge Bluefin Solutions UK into the company.
