MindTree Consulting, a software and consulting services firm, is set to acquire an ERP (enterprise resource planning) implementation company in New Delhi for around Rs 10 crore. |
Sources close to the deal said that company is stepping up its presence in the ERP sector and acquiring an established company with manpower is one of the ways to expand the practice. |

However, we cannot comment on speculative reports like acquisition and hence will not be in a position to comment on the same." |
