Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (MMFS) board has proposed a fresh issue not exceeding 1.50 crore equity shares including a green shoe option, subject to approval from the shareholders.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE, the IPO will also include an offer for sale not exceeding one crore equity shares from the Mahindra & Mahindra promoters, aggregating 14.25% of the paid-up capital. The IPO pirce will be determined under the book building process.
