Guruprasad Mohapatra has taken over as the managing director(additional charge) of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Co Limited (GNFC) from July 1, 2009. Mohapatra, a senior IAS officer (1986 batch) in the rank of secretary to the government of Gujarat, is also the managing director of Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals.
