Shipping Marine sector (up 59%) followed by Media & Entertainment sector (up 41%) exhibited the highest annual growth among sectors. Printing/Packaging sector (up 39%), showed positive growth in online recruitment activity between February 2012 and February 2013. Production and Manufacturing (down 10%) showed steepest annual decline.
Online demand improved in 10 of 13 occupational groups monitored by the Monster Employment Index between February 2012 and February 2013. Arts/Creative (up 43%) followed by customer service (up 32%) charted the most substantial annual gains amongst the occupational groups. Senior management (down 51%) exhibited the steepest annual decline.
