Moser Baer India has filed a suit in the Delhi High Court against Koninklikje Philips Electronics N V-(Philips) and Philips Electronics India for issuing notices to it in relation their CD and DVD patents license agreements.According to the release issued by Moser Baer to the BSE, the company's plea declared the Philips notices as null and void and any action pursuant to it be restrained.
