Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL) has posted a 193% growth in net profit at Rs 346.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007,(Q3FY08), when compared with Rs 118.4 crore in Q3FY07.According to an official release issued by the company to the BSE today, itstotal income increased 10% to Rs 8,169.09 crore in Q3FY08 from Rs 7,397.45 crore in Q3FY07.
