Mukand has concluded a one-time settlement (OTS) with UTI Asset Management Company.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, Mukand has made a one-time payment of Rs 162.32 crore towards full and final settlement of outstanding principal and interest amount of approximately Rs 270 crore due to UTI.
