Mukand has sold its 1,07,000 sq. meters (approx. 25 acres) land at Kurla, Mumbai to a consortium of developers for Rs 221 crore.According to a release issued by Mukand to the BSE today, the company will get the entire payment in instalments by the end of January 2006.
