The board of directors of Nagarjuna Construction Company will meet on May 29, 2006 to consider a proposal to issue bonus shares.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the meeting will also consider the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2006, and recommend dividend, if any, for shareholders.
