To sell its branded garments directly from the factory, Nahar Industrial Enterprise Ltd has decided to expand its base of retail outlets all over the country.

"Assessing the response to our existing outlets, we have decided to open at least 16 more to the existing 28, and by the end of the current financial year, we want to open 150 such outlets in the country," Managing Director Kamal Oswal said.

The company will target quality-conscious and value-seeking middle-class customers. That is why the whole range of company products would be available between Rs 350 and Rs 700 per piece, he said, adding that the prices of products would be much cheaper compared to their competitors'.

"The brand is the perfect combination of cost and quality and we are trying to give the best value to our customers," he said.

The company outlets are famous in the region under the name "Cotton Country". In this campaign the first outlet was inaugurated in Baroda last year. So the company has opened 28 outlets within a year of the inauguration of the first showroom.

Diverse types of items are available, including men's cotton shirts, wrinkle free trousers, stain-free trousers and expandable trousers.
