On the hiring pattern, Bhatia said about 50-60% will be freshers and the rest would be lateral hires.
The firm also plans to open another centre, which will require an investment of about USD 2 million, in a metro city in the near future.
"At present, we have 2 centres with a capacity of 600 seats. We plan to open another centre with an initial capacity of 500 seats and which will later be expanded to 1,000 seats," Bhatia said.
The company is scouting for locations in Delhi and Gurgaon for its new centre.
Asked about the investments, he said: "We have been funding our growth through internal accruals so far. We will go out for investments once we achieve a size of about 2,000 seats."
