Its consolidated turnover stood at Rs 1,639 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 1,817 crore during the same period a year ago, reflecting a decline of 9.7%. It posted an EPS (earnings per share) of Rs 0.23 for the first quarter, as against Rs 0.79 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
So far in the current year, the company has secured orders aggregating Rs 1,045 crore. Its order book at the end of the first quarter stood at Rs 18,098 crore, NCC said in a press release on Wednesday.
NCC Limited’s scrip ended the trade at Rs 19 on the BSE today, up 2.43% over the previous close of Rs 18.55 a share.
