Denying to dilvulge exact investment figure of the expansion plans, D K Barik, general manager of the Cambay Spa and Resort said that a significant amount of investment already has been made. "We can not divulge the exact investment at this time," he said. |

Barik further said that construction work will get over by September and in this Navratri, the businessmen from State and across the country will taste and feel a different hospitality here, he said. |

Gupta said, "We have plans to invest in hospitality industry across the country and plans of opening chain of hotels and Spa Resorts in major metros such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore in the coming years." |

About competition Barik said, "Healthy competition leads to growth of the market and ultimately this is good for consumers. Moreover, the tourism industry is growing at high speed in state and that helps the hospitality industry." |

Cambay Spa and Resort which opened in January 2005 has cottages, deluxe rooms, executives rooms and general rooms which cost from 2,600 to 3,300 per day. |
